In the late 1990’s Ron Goodwin was ‘into coffee’ and sampling different beans from a local roaster in WA. When they stopped producing his favourite blend it became his mission to recreate it. He started roasting in 2009 and, from 2011 to 2019, ran a successful artisan coffee roasting business. Through selling to the public and commercial customers, along with tastings and demonstrations, knowledge and tips were passed on to those of a similar passion. Blending and roasting coffee is something Ron continues to do for his own purpose and enjoyment.
