In this course Pam Goodman will guide you through some of the many lessons of the Feldenkrais method. Through your own experience of exploring these new gentle movement sequences you can delve into your own inner resources to find a more stable, balanced position from which to have more flexibility in living. Finding this balance within ourselves can give greater freedom in the way we move, think and act in the world.

Pam Goodman is a Feldenkrais Practitioner with over 40 years experience in the method. Her work as a physiotherapist led to her interest in the educational process. Feldenkrais uses movement as a tool for teaching greater self-awareness and autonomy. It can be beneficial for anyone, and is used for the benefit of sports people, dancers, actors, musicians and anyone wishing to move and live more easily.
