If you would like to learn the basics of line dancing along with other “raw beginners” then look no further! In this class, Ainsley Castle will teach simple, easy-to-follow steps and give students the opportunity to learn and enjoy beginner-level, choreographed line dances to a variety of musical styles. Line Dancing is great for your health, exercise for both the body and for the mind and will help students with balance problems and confidence.
Ainsley Castle is a mum of 4 beautiful daughters aged 11 years, 15 year-old twins and 25 years. She is passionate about getting people moving! Her special areas of interest are teaching dance and fitness to children, seniors, and participants living with intellectual disabilities. In addition to over 20 years of experience in childcare and aged care, Ainsley is trained and experienced in delivering dance and fitness programs. She is a qualified Personal Trainer with a Certificate IV in Fitness, has a Group Exercise Leader certification and Australian Sports Commission Community Coaching certification. She is also qualified in Zumba Fitness, Swiss Ball and Aqua Fitness instruction. She currently teaches Zumba Fitness for adults, children, seniors and special needs, Physical Education in primary and secondary schools around Albany, aqua fitness classes, and Fitball classes. Ainsley also teaches beginner, intermediate and advanced Line Dancing with the Over 50’s Recreation Association.
