No Fuss Watercolours for Beginners
With Renata Wright

Step into the world of watercolour with a brush in your hand and curiosity leading the way. This workshop is designed especially for absolute beginners — the “I’ve never painted before” kind, the “I wouldn’t know where to start” kind. No experience is needed, just a willingness to show up and have a go.

We’ll begin at the very beginning, learning how to hold and move a brush, then we’ll explore how colours meet, mingle, and transform on the page — discovering the small magic of mixing your own hues rather than reaching for them ready-made. Expect a few surprises, a few happy accidents, and the growing confidence that comes from simply doing. By the end of the session, you’ll have created a simple finished painting to take home — not just as a piece of art, but as proof that you can begin.

Time: 9.30am - 4.30pm
