Discover the beauty of stained glass art in this hands-on workshop with Mark Hewson, where students will explore the traditional copper foiling technique to create stunning glass artworks. Participants will begin by learning the essential steps of the process, from design and glass selection to cutting, grinding, and copper foiling. Under expert guidance, students will refine their technique with soldering and finishing methods, ensuring their pieces are ready for display or installation.
Throughout the week, students will develop their skills while crafting a unique glass artwork, blending precision with creativity to bring their vision to life. Whether new to stained glass or eager to refine your technique, this course provides the perfect introduction to copper foiling and artistic craftsmanship.
