Bev Doig

Bev Doig is an Albany based artist whose focus is printmaking and drawing. Her artworks reflect her active imagination and encourage that imaginative spark in her viewers. Bev has been exhibiting her work for over 20 years and in 2023 will again open her studio for the Southern Art and Craft Trail.

With a career background in education and a Workplace Assessment and Training qualification, Bev has found the transition to delivery of art courses for adults, second nature. Her printmaking workshops are popular in Albany and also in North Queensland, where she relocates each year. “Sharing my love and knowledge of printmaking is an integral aspect of my art practice. Printmaking can be as easy or as challenging as one is ready for and I love teaching the processes of this age-old art/craft practice.”
