In this week students will break down a progressive feast that will impress on any occasion.

Courtenay Stickels started her professional cooking life on a cattle station which is where her love of slow, communal food was born.

Prior to that she worked in community development, was a singer, voice-over artist and speaker. Courtenay also spent several years in in the sound healing space. These days she loves to combine her skill and passion for food with bigger themes of human connection.
