Join artist Merry Robertson to discover the techniques behind finely detailed coloured pencil artwork.
Learn the techniques through demonstrations and mini practices of feathered and furred animals, then bring your chosen bird or animal image to bring to life in a beautiful drawing to keep. All the important skills will be looked at, including understanding paper and pencils, tracing the image, colour layering and blending, and achieving fine details.
A ‘materials to bring’ list will be issued to support the course.
