Pam Goodman is a Feldenkrais Practitioner with over 40 years’ experience in the method.
Feldenkrais uses movement as a tool for teaching greater self-awareness and autonomy. It is a natural development of Pam’s background as a physiotherapist and can be beneficial for anyone. It has been used for sports people, dancers, actors, musicians, and anyone wishing to move and live more easily.
