Dr Ilona McGavock
Dr Ilona McGavock (Osteopath) has been teaching yoga since 1984, runs her own yoga and qigong studio in Fremantle and has been a registered practising osteopath since 1999.
She discovered the restorative effects of yoga and osteopathy through rehabilitating her own physical injuries and has a lifelong commitment to health practices.
Ilona has over 1300 hours of teacher training in yoga and yoga therapy, and teacher training in Qigong from masters Zhenhua Yang and Dr Peter Caughey. She completed a Masters Degree in Health and Clinical Sciences and brings the western disciplines of anatomy and physiology to her teaching as well as 22 years of osteopathic practice.
